Good To Have Something to Look At

I’ve noticed something for a long time whilst using Unity, is that I really don’t like Placeholder objects. Normally, I would have cubes in my scene that would represent walls, or objects or even characters. This made sense because i didn’t have any graphics created yet, so I thought I needed to use a cube as a placeholder. But this would become what I look at the entire time I programmed. It didn’t look good and probably made me depressed. It was also hard to show other people because It just looked like a bunch of cubes moving around, nothing like I wanted in the final game.

So, buying Unity Assets from very good visually appealing artists, has tremendously boosted the looks of what I’m working on. If you’re new to Unity or making games. It is a good investment to buy some really good artwork to put in your scenes.
